Complete Billing & Management Platform

1. Introduction

NetFlow operates the NetFlow platform, including the NetAdmin web dashboard and the NetFlow MyWiFi Android application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information of ISP operators and their end customers.

2. Information We Collect

• Operator Account Data: Name, email, mobile, business name, address, server credentials, and payment gateway API keys.
• Customer Data: Broadband customer names, mobile numbers, plan details, expiry dates, and payment history as entered by Operators.
• Transaction Data: Payment order IDs, transaction IDs, amounts, and payment status records.
• Usage Data: Log data including IP addresses, device type, and pages visited.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the NetFlow platform.
• To process subscription payments.
• To configure integrations and trigger automated activations.
• To send transactional notifications.
• To respond to support queries.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with payment gateways (Razorpay/Paytm), ISP servers (Jaze/NetAdmin), and cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare) as needed to operate the service.

5. Data Security

All data is stored with industry-standard encryption. Payment API keys are accessible only to designated super admins. We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NetFlow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

NetFlow is a SaaS platform providing billing management, online payment collection, automated account activation, and a customer-facing mobile application.

3. Operator Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all customer data entered.
• You must maintain valid and authorised payment gateway credentials.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with TRAI and DOT regulations.

4. Payment & Subscription

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All payments are processed through Razorpay. GST as applicable will be added. Non-payment may result in suspension of service.

5. Customer Payments

All end-customer payments go directly to the Operator's payment gateway account. NetFlow does not hold or intermediate any customer payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

NetFlow's total liability shall not exceed subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Mahendergarh, Haryana, India.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your NetFlow subscription at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing month.

2. Refund Eligibility

• First Payment: Full refund within 7 days of first subscription payment if not satisfied.
• Renewal Payments: Non-refundable. Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges.
• Setup Fees: Non-refundable once setup work has been initiated.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email naveentanwar2804@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]" and include your registered mobile number and payment transaction ID. Eligible refunds processed within 7–10 business days.

4. End-Customer Payments

Payments made by broadband customers through the NetFlow MyWiFi app are collected directly by the Operator. Refunds for end-customer payments are the sole responsibility of the Operator.
